LILI-128LILI-128 is a keystream generator designed by the Information Security Research Centre for submission to NESSIE.The aims of the NESSIE (New European Schemes for Signatures, Integrity, and Encryption) project are to put together a range of strong cryptographic primitives and to contribute to the final phase of the AES block cipher standardisation process. The LILI-128 keystream generator is a LFSR based synchronous stream cipher with a 128 bit key. The design offers large period and linear complexity, and is resistant to currently known styles of attack. LILI-128 is simple to implement in hardware or software. Click here for more LILI-128 design details. LILI-128 has been submitted and accepted as one of the six NESSIE synchronous stream cipher candidates. On 13 November 2000, LILI-128 was presented at the NESSIE Workshop.
